Made to order, then sent by standard shipping.
Each Portulano shirt is produced after purchase. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, and card details are not handled on the Portulano site.
Production and Delivery
- Produced to order after checkout.
- Please allow 4-9 business days for production.
- Standard transit is typically 3-4 business days after fulfillment.
- A tracking link is sent by email when the order ships.
Shipping Area
Portulano currently ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Email and phone are collected during Stripe checkout so the shipment can be confirmed and delivered.
Returns and Exchanges
- Because each shirt is produced to order, Portulano does not accept general returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect, contact support with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible production or fulfillment errors may be replaced or refunded after review.
- Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.
Before You Buy
Review the fit guide and size chart before checkout. The shirt has an oversized cut, and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged solely for fit preference.
